The European Academic Coworking Network (EACN) represents an innovative initiative within the Erasmus+ project "Cowork4EU." "Coworking Best Practices for European Universities." The objective of this network is to facilitate collaboration among university coworking spaces across Europe, thereby fostering a robust exchange among coworking spaces, students, researchers, and startups.

What is the EACN?

The EACN has been developed with the objective of establishing a unified network of European university-based coworking spaces. The primary objective is to provide users of these university spaces with the ability to book workspaces across all EACN member locations. Similar to how Eduroam functions for university Wi-Fi, EACN will allow coworking members to search for participating spaces, view offers, opening hours, addresses, and contact information, and book spaces via an online platform or app.

EACN Membership Benefits

The EACN offers a free membership model for both coworking spaces and their users. This approach ensures that students, researchers, and startups can benefit from a wider range of resources and networking opportunities without financial barriers.
